Narayan Babu D.N being a law graduate enrolled with the Karnataka State Bar Council, is also an Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) certified professional in FEMA, Insolvency, and Bankruptcy, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), POSH, MSME.

Narayan is a legal professional with more than 12 years of experience in dealing with issues pertaining to corporate transactions, he has advised and assisted various leading Indian and multinational corporations across diverse sectors on matters pertaining to incorporation, business transfers, asset sales, and private equity. He has been involved in several complex matters pertaining to foreign direct investment and entry strategies, advising on various transaction models, restructuring including global restructurings of various multinational companies, regulatory approvals, setting up of industrial plants in India, sale of businesses, distributorship, and commercial agreements in India, ESOP schemes, drafting, vetting and negotiating of commercial contracts and other corporate transactional work. He has handled several corporate transactions and has expertise in conducting legal due diligence and also pre and post-investment compliances and has assisted several companies with their legal audits and advised them on corporate compliance and governance issues. He also advises on commercial disputes pertaining to Contract law, IPR laws, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy laws.

Being a registered trademark attorney he is also involved in advising clients on IP-related matters. He has experience as a litigator and assists clients in strategizing their corporate and commercial litigation matters. Being passionate towards litigation his area of practice includes Corporate, Real Estate Law, Insolvency, Banking and finance, Commercial litigation, and regularly appearing before Tribunals and quasi-judicial authorities, Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts and High Courts.
